DB ARK TEAM - COOK OUT
A POWERFUL EXERCISE TO CLOSE THE ‘EXECUTION GAP

PROPS (Programs Review Orientation, and Planning Session) was held on October 20, 2014 at DB ARK. It is conducted every three months. All the staff members come prepared for the review. This Quarterly Meeting reviews the work of the past three months. The whole process is based on Quantitative and Qualitative data that are collected regularly. Often the team has recourse to a technique developed by DB ARK, namely ‘RASA’ – Re-Assigning, Re-Scheduling, and Re-Allocating. The Compulsive Score Board displace in the director’s office with the annual and quarterly targets on one side, and the cumulative up to date data on the other board provide an effective mirroring effect on the current scenario. ‘PROPS” has been found to be an effective process to ensure that targets are reached and the quality of the programs is maintained.

Montfort School- Roorke

A POWERFUL EXERCISE TO CLOSE THE ‘EXECUTION GAP’

The students were empathetic in expressing their insights at the end of the four days program of animation (Life-giving Process) program conducted at Montfort School, Roorke from 27th-30th of October,2014. They focused on their most common problems in life and came to the realization that low self-esteem is the cause of many of their personal and interpersonal problems. The students were delighted to learn new ways and means to appreciate themselves, and to realize that they are ‘gifts from God’. They received lot of hope from the ‘Angelic Message’ that “you can improve your self esteem.”
